Due to the constant stress we carry and high amounts of over-processed foods we consume, it is easy to see that our bodies are constantly fighting to keep us healthy. It is pumping high amounts of cortisol, which is becoming a chronic problem. This causes inflammation in our bodies and with high inflammation, we can also see more chronic illnesses develop.

Eating anti-inflammatory foods is important for several reasons related to overall health and the prevention of chronic diseases. Here are some key benefits:
